Shop, Food & Beverages

What is the minimum order? (e.g. Set Lunch)

There is no minimum order.
You can get Free Delivery for any order above 1,500 HKD.

Do you provide any finger foods?

We don’t provide any finger food. We provide balanced meals, however; our quiche and chocolate cake are cut into 32 cubes and are very easy to eat without plates and cutlery.

Do you provide any drink menu?

Please check out our  Shop Menu Page to discover all our Beverages available. Alternatively you can download the PDF Menu for your reference.

Do you provide any alcoholic beverages?

We do provide alcoholic beverages like Wine, Beer and Apple Cider. Please check our Catering menu.

Catering, Delivery & Pick Up

Do you provide any set up/waiter service?

We don’t offer any setup or waiter service.

When is the deadline to add more food to my order?

To add more food items, we need to know 2 working days (48hrs) in advance before the delivery.

How many days in advance to submit/confirm an order?

A minimum of 2 working days in advance before delivery is required. However you can make you selection at anytime and save it under your account log in for modifications and changes up to 2 working days in advance. You can revise your order selection anytime up to that deadline, which will be the latest you can place your order. Placing an order means confirming it.

When is the earliest/latest time for the delivery?

The earliest delivery is at 9.30am, and the latest is at 9pm

When is the earliest/latest pick up time at the shops?

The earliest pick up time is 9.30am. The latest pickup time for Sheung Wan shop is at 10pm and 9pm for Wanchai and Sai Ying Pun Shop.

I have placed my order and paid for it, can I still change it?

Placed orders can still be modified anytime via the cart page.
After your confirmation , no more changes can be made Please refer to our Terms and conditions.

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order is not confirmed you can delete it on your account
Once confirmed this is no longer possible to cancel it . No refunds possible, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Payments

How do we pay at the shops?

We accept Cash, Octopus, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, EPS, Cheque and La Rotisserie Vouchers.

Do you provide any discount?

We don’t provide any discount. We already do the best price we can offer to customers.

Can we pay by American Express card? (Amex)

Yes , we accept American Express cards.

Do you provide any credit account and payment terms for companies?

We do provide credit account for some regular companies. Please get in touch with us should you wish to apply for an account review. catering@larotisserie.com.hk

How do we pay for the delivery?

Delivery is calculated during your order process and paid for with the order payment. The drivers will never ask you for payments as by the time you receive your goods, you have set the payment securely with us.
